Timing

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding bank holidays) after your order confirmation email. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

Your order should arrive within 10 working days. We do not offer compensation for late deliveries, however if you believe there is an issue with your delivery or tracking information, please contact us at hello@goodkynd.com.

Locations

We currently ship to the U.K (including Northern Ireland) and the Channel Islands. We cannot accept international orders.

We do not offer in-person pick up locations.
